Puron vs Freon
According to Government regulations, the production of HCFC refrigerants (Freon R-22) will be reduced by approximately 1/3 of the current production by the year 2004. By the year 2010, Freon R-22 will be banned from use in new HVAC equipment. Chlorine free products such as R-410A Puron will be used. R. A.
