Our heating & cooling system is the ultimate in efficiency, comfort, long life & low maintenance. Simple in concept, we are essentially burying a traditional outdoor coil in the ground & using the relatively constant temperature of the Earth as a heat source or heat sink. Works very well with Trane or Carrier's variable speed air handlers & Honeywell or Carrier's zone control systems. Free hot water is produced in the cooling season with our desuperheater. With no outside equipment, there's no disturbing noise or unsightly equipment to hide. A typical 3000 square foot house has an average heating & cooling cost of $50 per month.
